Professional asbestos detection and investigation services to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

What is Asbestos?

Asbestos is a group of naturally occurring minerals made of thin, microscopic fibers that are highly resistant to heat, fire, and chemicals. Because of these properties, asbestos was widely used in building materials for insulation, fireproofing, and soundproofing until the late 20th century.

When asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) are damaged or disturbed, they release fibers that can be inhaled—posing severe health risks. When intact, asbestos materials are generally not hazardous. The danger arises when they become friable (easily crumbled) and release fibers into the air.

Critical Warning:

There is no safe level of asbestos exposure.
